Happy Holidays! Just wanted to update that the applications for the 2024 Giving Project are now closed, and the recipients will be contacted on the morning of Thursday, December 19, 2024. It took longer than anticipated due to the sheer volume of applications!

Just finished up our 5th annual backpack drive!
We provided 182 backpacks to local students in Costa Mesa, along with school supplies, children's books, and Pokemon cards. This year, we went above and beyond, experimenting with an application-based system to provide 4 ASUS laptops from Bestbuy. Out of the 108 applicants, congrats to our 2024 recipients: Jaden, Payton, Dominic, and Leslie!
On to the next project! :)

We will be having a small backpack drive for our back-to-school giving project on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 9 AM to 11 AM. Location will be at the Wilson Park in Costa Mesa, CA.
In addition, this year, we are able to supply a total of 4 ASUS Vivobook laptops for students as a "micro scholarship" for those in Orange County. Feel free to apply in the Google Forms link here, and if you have any questions, please reach out to Alex at lebroskiproject@gmail.com!
Applications are due on August 22, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.

Just wanted to update our Philanthropy section!
We are hosting a book drive this Saturday, May 4th, from 9 AM to 11 AM. The location will be at Wilson Park in Costa Mesa. We will be stationed at the BBQ / picnic area. We will be giving away over 600 books, handmade tote bags, school supplies, etc.

We have our annual BACK-TO-SCHOOL DRIVE THRU coming up! This year, we were able to supply grab bags for 102 students, so swing by on Sunday, August 20, 2023, and pick up a grab bag of goodies which include the following:
*Backpack
*Notebooks
*Carrying bag with pens and pencils
*Pokemon booster packs
*Stickers

Just finished up our semi-annual freecycle event. We had over 120 visitors today, and we collected over 50 lbs of clothes. The clothes will be redistributed by OC Pay It Forward. Check out their Instagram here. Thank you all for the donations. Living is giving!

Although New Years was a bit breezy, we started 2023 with a bang! Just handed out hand crocheted scarves to 12 strangers in the beach cities! Wishing everyone a lovely 2023.

Just finished another giving project! We handed out 25 gifts to aspiring artists in Orange County and Los Angeles County. It's been a life goal to promote creativity, and this is just one of the many ways to do so. Stoked for more projects next year! Happy holidays, y'all.

Just spoiled 131 Los Angelenos today with delicious fully-prepared meals and snacks from Costco! Definitely a whole lot of fun. shine, and smiles. Super grateful for opportunities like this where we can share resources with one another. Wishing y'all lovely holiday weekend and stay safe!
